Description:
Annual. Very fragrant. Bright citrusy flavor and a long
lasting basil plant. Light green leaves. Flowers attract bees to the garden.
Cut the flowers back for more leaf production. Great flavor for salad
dressings, marinades and even cookies!
Harvesting:
The best time to harvest basil is just before it flowers. Pinch
off the tops or all the way down to two leaves per stem.
