Description: 2002 AAS winner, compact, very fragrant and ornamental, has purple calyces and masses of creamy-white blooms. Most sweet basil plants will vary in size and shape, 'Magical Michael' was bred to show consistant uniformity without losing the rich oils, aroma, and flavor of sweet basil. This Basil will grow to 12 to 18 inches tall and wide.

Care: Plant 1/4 inch deep, 4-8 inches apart. Pick leaves in early morning when cooler. Just before flowers appear, cut back plant to 4-6 inches. Deep soil moist. Not a drought tolerant plant.
