The subtle garlic flavor of Garlic Chives are perfect for use in
uncooked dishes where raw regular garlic might be overwhelming or too spicy.
Garlic chives is a hardy perennial that will grow to about 12 inches high. The
stems are skinnier and flat, instead of hollow as are regular chives. The stems
and blooms are both edible.
