1. What kind of product can I expect when ordering from Fragrant Fields?

A.Plants from Fragrant Fields come in 3.5 inch pots and are guaranteed to be healthy and well established. Many of the pictures on our site are the actual product themselves. These are typical examples of the plants you will receive.

 

2. How long do plants take to ship?

A. We only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays in order to prevent your plants from sitting in a Post Office warehouse over the weekend. Orders received before Sunday 10 p.m. are shipped the next Monday or Tuesday. If at all possible, we will also ship orders that are received on Monday and Tuesday. Orders placed Wednesday or later are shipped the following week.

 

3. What kind of shipping do you offer?

A. Fragrant Fields ships via USPS priority.

 

4. What is your return policy?

A. Fragrant Fields guarantees their plants 100%.  If you are for some reason unhappy with your product,contact usimmediately and we will corrrect the problem.

 

5. Do you offer help/advisement after the sale?

A. Yes. We are always happy to answer any questions at any time.

 

6. Do you have a catalog?

A. No, at this time we do not have a catalog that can be mailed to our customers.
