Botanical Name: Adenophora confusa

Zone: 3-8

Soil: Moist, well drained.

Exposure: Sun to part shade

Bloom Time and Color: Purple-blue flowers in late spring to early summer.

Description: A lovely plant with tall stems bearing large, fragrant, bell-shaped blue flowers, and make good cut flowers. Strong grower for sun to part shade. Not to be confused with the invasive Campanula rapunculoides, which looks similar to Adenophora confusa.
Will grow 3 feet.

Care: Cut off seed capsules to prevent self seeding.
