The wintergreen seasoning that we are all familiar with totally comes from the
Gaultheria family of plants. And the Wintergreen Gaultheria is actually a low
growing, seasid plant that produces a fruit, that exudes the chemistry that
is responsible for the Wintergreen we're all familiar with. The aroma of this
new Mint Hybrid is true, Wintergreen. It is absolutely delicious, and is a wonderful
utility Mint for the kitchens of the world.
Care:
Mint is very easy to grow and is a very hardy perennial.
