Untitled Document Name: Rosemary, Salem

Botanical Name: Rosmarinus officinalis 'Salem'

Zone: 6-11

Soil: Average, well drained.

Exposure: Full Sun

Bloom Color: Light Blue flowers

Description: Salem Rosemary is a good upright variety of rosemary, with narrow dark green leaves and pale blue flowers. It can be grown as a hedge in warmer climates. When planted in the ground, Salem can reach up to 5 feet in height, and get to be about 4 feet across.

Care: Provide good drainage and full sun to keep your rosemary thriving.

Harvesting: To use your rosemary in cooking or drying, simply snip off what you would need. This will cause your plant to branch out more. You can easily shape your rosemary into a topiary this way also.
