Description:
Salem Rosemary is a good upright variety of rosemary, with narrow dark green leaves and pale blue flowers. It can be grown as a hedge in warmer climates. When planted in the ground, Salem can reach up to 5 feet in height, and get to be about 4 feet across.
Care:
Provide
good drainage and full sun to keep your rosemary thriving.
Harvesting:
To use your rosemary in cooking or drying, simply snip off what you would need.
This will cause your plant to branch out more. You can easily shape your rosemary
into a topiary this way also.
